Fire in the Triangle continues next week with new chef match-ups, and we wanted to give you a chance to get to know the competitors.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Fire in the Triangle continues next week with new chef match-ups, and we wanted to give you a chance to get to know the competitors.
On Tuesday, two experienced teams will battle it out. Chef Serge Falcoz-Vigne of 518 West in Raleigh is returning for the third time with a well-rounded team. Their strategy is to take a short time to plan and prepare as a team before using all of the available time to create their dishes.
Chef James Clark, from the Carolina Inn's Carolina Crossroads restaurant, is also making a return appearance. Clark hopes to be more successful this year with knowledge gleaned from last year's competition and his "secret weapon," the team's pastry chef. We're hoping for a delicious dessert course!
