Stedman, N.C. — Fire tore through the Oak Grove Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church in Stedman early Saturday morning, authorities said Sunday.
The church's main sanctuary was destroyed, but no one was injured. The rest of the building, at 6535 Oak Grove Church Road, suffered smoke damage.
Firefighters say the cause of the fire was electrical.
