Fire damages Fayetteville business
An early morning fire caused heavy damage to a business located across the street from the Person Street fire station, officials said

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — An early morning fire caused heavy damage to a business located across the street from the Person Street fire station on Friday, officials said.
The fire broke out at the A-1 Supply Company, at Person Street and Eastern Boulevard, shortly before 5 a.m.
Firefighters arrived in less than a minute, but the fire had already gotten a strong hold in the building's interior, officials said.
Investigators did not yet know the cause of the fire.
