Two West Johnston High School students apparently videotaped brawling in video posted on YouTube now face charges in the fight.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two West Johnston High School students allegedly brawling in video posted on YouTube now face charges in the fight.

Tiffany Lynn Hurley, 16, of Angier, and McKenzie Leigh Wheeler, 16, of Clayton were charged this week with one count each of disorderly conduct and simple affray. Both were out of jail Friday on $1,000 bonds.

The YouTube video, which has been removed from the site, was apparently recorded from a cell phone and shows two girls fighting while other teens surround them cheering and laughing.

Experts say such video on social networking sites is becoming more common and has become a reflection of how teens communicate.
