FBI seeks help to nab two fugitives
Phillip Thomas "Scoob" Williams, 36, is wanted on a federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution on an attempted murder charge, while Jonathan Lamar "Sinatra" Davis, 25, is wanted in connection with a bank robbery.

Cary police say Williams shot a woman in the stomach on June 17, 2007, as she was making a making an ATM deposit at a Bank of America branch on Maynard Road. He then grabbed her deposit and fled to a waiting car outside Cary Towne Center, police said.
Terrance Adam Lyles, 33, and Travis Monique Price, 26, have already been charged in the case.
Raleigh police say Davis robbed a Wachovia bank branch on Six Forks Road on Jan. 14, 2008. During the hold-up, a teller was hit on the head with a shotgun, and the robber fired a shot into the ceiling, police said.
