Lillington, N.C. — The Charlotte division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking more information about a Lillington man who was arrested and charged in April for sex offenses against children.
Authorities are looking for additional possible victims of 69-year-old Ronald Keith Black Sr., of 41 Newton Road. Black was arrested on April 29 and charged with 29 counts of first-degree sexual offense and 12 counts of indecent liberties with a minor.
The charges came from an investigation into the sharing of child pornography over the internet, according to the FBI. During that investigation, allegations against Black were made claiming he had sexually abused several juveniles sometime between the early 1980s and 2006.
In addition to Lillington, FBI officials said Black has connections to White Lake, an unknown location in Tennessee and Florence, South Carolina. Black was also a youth leader at a church in the 1980s and is believed to have been a youth baseball coach.
Anyone with information about Black should call the FBI Charlotte division at 704-672-6100 or the Raleigh Police Department at 919-384-4357.
