Fayetteville police investigate storage unit break-ins

During the break-ins, three men stole a variety of items from nearly 100 individual storage units located at four different businesses.

Fayetteville police investigating storage unit break-ins
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are investigating a string of break-ins that have occurred at self-storage businesses across the city.

Police said that they believe that at least three men are involved in multiple break-ins that were reported between Sept. 3 and Sept. 13.

During the break-ins, the men stole a variety of items from nearly 100 individual storage units located at four different businesses.

The businesses that were broken into are:

A Storage Place at 4610 Yadkin road

American Flag Storage at 2249 Hope Mills Road

Cliffdale Mini Storage at 820 South Reilly Road

SecureCare Self Storage at 526 McArthur Road
