Fayetteville police: Bragg soldier was victim of fatal apartment shooting

— Fayetteville police said Thursday that Justin Moore, a 21-year-old soldier stationed at Fort Bragg, was the victim of a fatal shooting on Wednesday at the apartment complex where he lived.

Officers responding to Lake in the Pines Apartments on Tamarack Drive at about 11:45 a.m. found Moore lying in the parking lot.

No arrests have been made, but a man with dreadlocks was seen fleeing the area in a dark-colored compact sedan following the shooting.

    Most military towns are pretty rough. I only served 18 months, of my 7 years in the service, in the states and during that time I saw more that I ever did the towns I was lived in in Germany. Hinesville/Ft Stewart had some issues while I was there
