Fayetteville police: Bragg soldier was victim of fatal apartment shooting

Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police said Thursday that Justin Moore, a 21-year-old soldier stationed at Fort Bragg, was the victim of a fatal shooting on Wednesday at the apartment complex where he lived.
Officers responding to Lake in the Pines Apartments on Tamarack Drive at about 11:45 a.m. found Moore lying in the parking lot.
No arrests have been made, but a man with dreadlocks was seen fleeing the area in a dark-colored compact sedan following the shooting.
