<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — A Fayetteville man shot a suspected burglar on Saturday morning as the person tried to break into his home.

Fayetteville police said Chris Hartley, 25, shot an unidentified suspect at his Bianca Place home before 4:45 a.m.. The suspect was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
