Fayetteville man sentenced to 60 years in prison for molestation

John Brooks Glover, 51, was sentenced to more than 60 years in prison in connection with a molestation that was reported to the Fayetteville Police Department in November 2014.
As a result of the investigation by detectives with the FPD’s Special Victims Unit, Glover was charged and arrested in January 2015. He was known to the victim at the time of the crimes.
John Glover was found guilty Tuesday of rape of a child and other sex offenses. Glover will not be eligible for parole until he has served a minimum of 60 years and will be remanded to lifetime registration as a sex offender and lifetime GPS monitoring.
