— Police filed additional charges on Friday against a Cross Creek Mall worker, who was charged last week with groping a woman applying for a job.

Jose Antonio Cruz, 34, of 2239 Wingate Road, now faces three counts of second-degree sexual offense and one count of second-degree rape.

The additional charges came after another woman reported similar incidents occurring on Aug. 27, Sept. 9 and Sept. 14, police said.

Cruz was charged last week with second-degree sexual offense, sexual battery and assault on a female, stemming from an alleged incident on Nov. 3.

A woman said a man who works at the mall claimed he was hiring her and took her to a back room to fill out additional paperwork. Once in the room, the man began touching her inappropriately and assaulting her, she told police.

After reviewing surveillance video and other evidence in the case, police arrested Cruz.

Cruz was being held under a $160,000 bond in the Cumberland County jail on Friday.

The case is now being handled by the newly established Special Victims Unit of the Fayetteville Police Department.

RB thank you for the detailed report of the German holocosrt, I was merely referring to what transpired in those death camps just prior to extermination. At this point the victims were told to remove their clothes for delousing, when in fact there were being sent unwittingly to their deaths.
People entering airports now are willfully being deprived of one of their most sacred rights, and are willingly accepting this as a part of the excuse the government has made that they are protecting you.
He who will surrender his right to protect his property will ultimately lose both...Thomas Jefferson.
Of course you probably think this is a good idea, after all according to your way of thinking the city of Durham owns the sidewalks. The city of Durham owns nothing it has never made a dime on its own to purchase anything, the streets belong to the taxpayers.

wayneboyd - "This will go on for a month or so and tben they'll do to passengers the same thing the gestapo guys did to the Jews before entering the gas chambers."

If you can say that, then you don't really understand what the Jews went through before entering the gas chambers.

Some saw their old torn apart by trained dogs.

Some saw their infants tossed about on the top of rifle bayonets.

Some saw their children taken from them whole, and returned to them with limbs or eyes missing because of abhorrent tests.

Some saw their young girls taken from them to be raped by many and then killed when they became pregnant by their rapists.

And that's just the tip of that particular iceberg.

    You think that's funny?

I feel for you if that's true.

    God bless.
