Fayetteville man arrested on sex charges

Luis Francisco Colon, 25, of 6055 Henriette Drive, faces three counts of statutory rape, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child and one count of disseminating obscene materials to a minor. He was jailed Monday under a $760,000 secured bond.

He is due in court Tuesday afternoon. 

The victims, who are 13 and 15 years old, told investigators that their sexual relationship with Colon began earlier this year and that the inappropriate contact took place at his home.
