Fayetteville, N.C. — Cumberland County authorities have charged a Fayetteville man with sexual assault after they say he forced a 15-year-old girl to engage in multiple sex acts.
Allen Marise Ross, of 418 Minnow Court, is charged with statutory rape and was being held in the Cumberland County jail Thursday under an $800,000 bond.
According to the victim, the crimes started in July and continued until Wednesday, police said.
Ross will make his first court appearance Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
