Fayetteville police asked for the public's help to find a missing 19-year-old man last seen Saturday after a "suspicious person" visited his home.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police asked for the public's help to find a missing 19-year-old man last seen Saturday after a "suspicious person" visited his home.

Fashaad Montez Lee was reported missing Sunday by his grandfather, police said.

Lee was last seen at his home on Westdale Drive around noon Saturday after a visit by a suspicious man calling himself John, police said.

The suspicious man was described as black, 5 feet 8 inches tall, approximately 170 pounds. He was wearing a do-rag on his head and driving a green Subaru or Isuzu SUV.

Anyone with information about Lee or "John" was asked to call police Detective James Walker at 910-237-9391 or 910-433-1856, ext. 2336 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477. Callers to Crime Stoppers never have to give their names.
