Police said on Tuesday that the body was 42-year-old James Christopher Diggs, 42. Anyone with information Diggs' next of kin is asked to call authorities sat 910-433-1421.

In addition, police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Tuscan A. Carter, 26, for second-degree murder. Anyone with information on Carter's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
