<b>ANGIER, N.C.</b> — Harnett County authorities said Wednesday that they were investigating a fatal shooting in Angier.

Deputies responded to a report of shots fired at 240 Merchant Drive shortly after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday and found Marvin Daniel Gutierrez, 31, of Angier, dead.

No arrests have been made, and authorities released no other information about the case.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office at 910-893-9111.
