Fargo woman arrested for DUI was 4 times over the legal limit with infant in vehicle

On Tuesday night, a Cass County Deputy was dispatched to County Road 17 north of Horace for an erratic driving complaint where a vehicle was described as driving all over the road.

CASS COUNTY, MN — On Tuesday night, a Cass County Deputy was dispatched to County Road 17 north of Horace for an erratic driving complaint where a vehicle was described as driving all over the road.

The driver of the vehicle, 36 year old Amber Douglas was stopped at an intersection before police arrived. When police got on scene they found an infant in the back seat of the vehicle.

Amber was arrested for driving under the influence while accompanied by a minor and aggravated reckless endangerment.

The baby was unharmed and was taken to the father. The result of the blood alcohol content test was over four times the legal limit.

Douglas was taken to the Cass County Jail after being medically cleared.
