FARGO, ND — OSHA is citing Custom Truck and Auto Shine Inc. in Fargo for $12,675 after an employee died in a work-related accident in February of 2017.

The employee, 41-year-old Nathan Martinson of Fargo, was pinned between two vehicles on February 28th, 2017 and died in the emergency room later that day.

OSHA says in the citation that Custom Truck and Auto Shine Inc. will have to use a spotter when backing up vehicles, alarms on garage doors, or mirrors in the garage in order to prevent future accidents.

Custom Truck and Auto Shine Inc. has until September 8th, 2017 to comply with the citation and fix their hazardous workplace situation.
