Family mud run in Triangle this weekend

Your First Mud Run is set for 10 a.m., Sunday, in Raleigh. The website says these courses are between 1.5 and 2 miles and include 10 to 16 obstacles designed for adults and kids ages 6 years and up. Registration is still open.

Of course, lots of Triangle families are familiar with family mud runs, thanks to the homegrown Big Muddy Challenge, which now runs events around the southeast. The most recent Big Muddy in the Triangle was last month.
