Fabulous Angel Soft stock up deal!

Posted December 18, 2015

Angel Soft deal

There is a super deal on Angel Soft bath tissue at CVS through Saturday!

You don't want to miss it!

Here's how it works:

Angel Soft 12 roll, (and Brawny 6 roll and Quilted Northern Ultra Plush 9 roll), is on sale for $5.00 per package through Saturday, December 19.

Get an Extrabucks reward of $5 when you buy 3. Limit 1 offer.

Use the .45/1 Angel Soft printable coupon from their website when you sign up (it lets you print the coupon 2 times)

SavingStar is also offering a $5 SavingStar cash back offer when you buy $15 worth of various Angel Soft products!

The total for 3 packs of Angel Soft after 2 coupons, Extrabucks and Savingstar = 3 for $4.09 ($1.36 each – a fabulous deal!)

I did the deal earlier this week, as you can see in the photo, so now we are pretty stocked on bath tissue for a while.

New to SavingStar? Here is how it works: is a cash back coupon site. You don't print out a coupon to redeem at the register. You enter your store reward card numbers on the website, then load digital coupons to your reward cards and buy the participating products at any of the participating stores.

There are 2 types of redemption methods, depending on the store.

1. With CVS, Rite Aid, Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods & Food Lion, the redemption is automatic. Once you load the cash back offers to your account and buy the products, no additional action is required on your part to get the cash back in to your SavingStar account. The coupon savings are added to your SavingStar account a couple weeks after your purchase. You will get an e-mail from Savingstar when they have added savings to your account.

2. With Kroger, Target, Walmart, Walgreens and Family Dollar, you will need to take an extra step after you buy the offers you have loaded on to your account. After purchase, you need to scan the product barcode and take a photo of the receipt through their app and submit it to get your cash back. Although this is an extra step, it doesn't really take much time at all.

Once you have accrued $5 worth of savings in your SavingStar account, you can cash in the savings. You can choose to receive an Amazon gift card, have the money deposited into your Paypal, checking or Upromise accounts or get a gift card to Starbucks or AMC or donate it to a non-profit organization.

According to their website, new coupons will become available at the first of every month. Savings will usually show up in your account between 2 days and 2 weeks depending on how long it takes the stores to give SavingStar the information. These coupons will not double. They also have iPhone and Android apps available.

You can sign up for the program and see more information at

Dr D - those are sweet coupons! I guess I already used mine since I don't have them and they are not showing up on any of the coupon databases so they are long gone. Thanks for the heads up!

If you're planning to do this deal but haven't shopped yet, check your coupons: I had some $1 printables good for 12 ct or larger, so was able to use 3 of those. Sorry I don't remember their origin because I've had them for a while, but each had an expiration date of 12/31/15.

jdouglas13 - I just added all the info about Savingstar to the original post. You do have to register your CVS card and activate the Angel Soft offer before you shop at CVS. Then, after you shop using the reward card you registered at Savingstar, your savings will show up in a few days. You do not have to scan a receipt with CVS. They track purchases through your rewards card. Hope that helps! See the original post for more info about Savingstar.

For those memory impaired among us, ahem, with Saving Star first you choose what you want to buy on their site. Do you then have to submit a receipt? Do I need to add my CVS card?

Please forgive me, I know you've explained all this before.... :p
