Whoever buys it will need to hire a Chicago remodeling firm to make some updates, as there are a few design elements lingering from the 1990s (not always a good era for architecture and home design, as we know). But it will be well worth it for a beautiful home with a stunning view in a great Chicago neighborhood, which offers great food, beautiful parks, easy access to Wrigley Field for sports fans, and a short commute to the Loop.
