The Olympics are coming! And Bryan Garrido, a Raleigh dad of four and owner of Equip 2 Thrive, will help all of us get our young kids ready to learn the fundamentals of racket sports such as badminton.
Every Wednesday, for the next four weeks, Garrido, who I featured earlier this week, will offer some simple activities that you can do at home with things you probably have around the house to teach young children the first steps of learning how to hit a ball with a racket.

He starts today with this very simple toss and catch game. All you need is a plastic bag! Watch the video to see how it's done and check back next week for the next step!
