Lest we forget: Scott Baio (48 today) is a walking warning to all you hip-hoppers who wanna be the idol of the wannabe set: Odds are, even if you succeeed, you'll end up as a Scott Baio. Not that there's anything wrong with the guy -- an affable-enough swoon symbol in the '70s and '80s owing to his starring roles in "Happy Days," "Joanie Loves Chachi," "Charles in Charge," and the Oscar-sweeping epic "Zapped!"
