I kind of want to dislike David Duchovny (47 today), because he was on a trendy, rabid-fan-club-type show which seems to want to convince us to believe in UFOs. And it doesn't help that Duchovny is an intense, brooding sex symbol -- we men hate those guys. But, darn it, the fact is that Duchovny is deserving of the fame and more; he's a very funny, intelligent guy, a skilled actor and director. For tha laaaadies: be sure to check out David in the naughty series "The Red Shoe Diaries." Woo-hoo, as they say. Who took his place on "The X-Files"?
