2. Eligibility. The contest is open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents 18 years of age as of August 7, 2017 and who reside in North Carolina. Employees of WRAL.com/CBC New Media, LLC, WRAL-TV and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible. 3. How to Enter. You may enter by commenting on the WRAL-TV Facebook post made at noon on August 7, 2017 and tagging the Leith Cars Facebook page along with responding to the prompt. Entrants must be the owner of the Facebook account from which the entry is made. You may enter once during the sweepstakes period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Neither WRAL.com nor its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees are responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged. 4. Selection of Winner and Odds of Winning. One (1) name will be selected through a random drawing by WRAL.COM from all eligible entries during the contest period. The winners will be notified by being tagged in a Facebook comment on the WRAL-TV page and via Facebook Messenger. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prize Redemption and Releases. The winner will be notified at the contact information submitted at time of entry and will be instructed regarding how to claim and obtain the prize. Winner will be required to sign and return to WRAL-TV an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 7 days of notification, as well as IRS form W-9: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification for any prize over $600.00 in total value. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. No substitution of prizes or transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted. Winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, or the prize will be forfeited and alternate winner selected.
