Located within Raleigh Marriott City Center, Rye offers an upscale take on classic Southern cuisine with special emphasis on local products and ingredients. Executive chef Michael Rigot brings nearly 20 years of experience to the Rye kitchen to serve Southern comfort food favorites. In addition to the new menu, guests to Rye will dine in the newly refreshed space that includes a tap wall for craft beers and a welcoming fire place area.

Chef Rigot’s passion for traditional Southern cuisine shines on Rye’s lunch and dinner menus. Featured dishes include: steamed Carolina clams in a broth of garlic, butter, red pepper and Lonerider Shotgun Betty beer served with grilled rye bread; fried green tomatoes and smoked pimento cheese drizzled with truffled North Carolina honey; Seven Spring pork chop; Beaufort supper with clams, shrimp, mussels, sausage, corn and fingerling potatoes and simmered in a Lonerider Shotgun Betty; Sweet Josie Beer float with a half-pint of Sweet Josie Brown Ale served over vanilla or caramel ice cream; and red velvet bread pudding.

Renovated and designed by The Gettys Group, a world-renowned hospitality design company, the updated restaurant is more representative of the farm-to-table and craft cocktail focus which includes a large bar area and a fireplace equipped with comfortable seating and an upgraded private dining space that can be adjusted to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Rye seats 120 guests in the main dining room, 80 guests in the private dining room and 68 guests at Rye bar.

Rye is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast will be served Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 11 a.m., Saturday from 7 to 11:30 a.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Lunch will be served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sunday from 12 to 2 p.m. Dinner will be served Monday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m.
