Bare Bones, a low-and-slow Southern-inspired restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. The menu features slow-cooked Southern staples including short ribs, sliced brisket, smoked chicken and pulled pork and non-barbecue favorites such as craft burgers, shrimp and girts, hoppin’ john, and homemade oatmeal cream pies.
The man responsible for the fall-off-the-bone perfection is none other than Eschelon Experiences’ six-year veteran, Chef Taion McElveen. With a serious pork obsession, not only will Chef McElveen be leading the kitchen, he will also be creating house-made rubs and three signature sauces to accompany the restaurant’s menu.
The full bar will feature 24 beers on tap, many of which are native to North Carolina breweries, and a vast bourbon selection. Once guests pick their brew, they can purchase and fill their custom Bare Bones growler, and prepare to be entertained. Surrounding the restaurant are a variety of classic games, welcoming its patrons to rack-up
