I don't consider this place to be worth the $10 per person it costs to get in. Babies who can't walk yet are free at least. First, the parking space is very... (more)

Just discovered this farm today. Farmer Mary was so welcoming! The animals were amazing! I got to feed, hold & pet many of the wonderful critters.

This is a wonderful, quiet, quaint little Eden just a little North of Raleigh. My little boy loves it there. We love the free-roaming animals and the fresh air.

What a great experience! This farm is absolutely wonderful! There were so many "happy" animals to pet, hold and feed! Farmer Mary was great- she made sure everyone was having fun and shared stories about her animals. We had a blast and will definitely be back! THANK YOU MARY!!!

We brought a large high school group to Winterpast Farm for an outdoor potluck dinner and bonfire. Our students got to hold baby bunnies, take pictures with llamas and peacocks and hold baby piglets. We had a wonderful time and Farmer Mary made us feel very welcome! I highly recommend the farm to anyone looking for a fun group activity.

Winterpast Farms is a little known treasure, though it is thankfully becoming more well known. Farmer Mary is excellent with groups of all ages and sizes and her farm is a wonderful place for children to learn about animals, get some energy out, and enjoy the natural world that so many children do not get enough of. I have hosted an adoption support group playdate at Winterpast and plan to have my daughter's 7th birthday party there this year. It is well worth any distance you must go to visit!

Great and affordable place for children and families! My husband and I visited early in our marriage and had a blast. Fast forward two years later and we brought our young son, who also enjoyed it thoroughly. Very impressed with the length of time Farmer Mary spent showing us around.
