BienVenue is a private venue conveniently located in Apex. We have 9000 square feet of flexible space . We have in-house catering by Chevy's Ale House, which is located upstairs. We also allow outside catering.

We are proud to provide the event planner and couples flexibility and support.

Our space is a blank canvas for every couple to make their wedding as they imagined without

stress and limitations. Both rooms are excellent spaces for corporate training sessions with

classroom and theater style seating. Our Grand Ballroom is a formal dining outdoor patio area,

a raised area for a stage, a podium or a head table, a dance floor, and a bar. The Grand

Ballroom is about 2800 square feet and can accommodate groups of up to 396 cocktail style. We

offer comfortable chairs with white covers and round or rectangular tables.

Our Second Ballroom is 1800 square feet perfect for smaller private

events. It is perfect for the wedding party to use for cocktail to relax,take photographs,

or visit prior to the wedding or after. This ballroom can accommodate 251 people (cocktail).

Both ballrooms have access to outdoor patio area. The patio area is perfect for a small intimate

wedding. Our spaces offer easy flow and a large hallway than can be utilized.

Both ballrooms have access to separate large kitchen makes preparing the food easier and

hidden from the guests. It is accessible to both ballrooms.
