Carolina Brewery is a locally-owned craft brewery and restaurant that has drawn international attention for its handcrafted beers. Our award-winning signature beers include Flagship IPA (Gold Medal, Great American Beer Festival), Copperline Amber Ale (Gold Medal, World Beer Championships), Sky Blue Golden Ale (Bronze Medal, Great American Beer Festival), and Oatmeal Porter (Silver Medal, World Beer Championships). Our Chapel Hill location is located on the popular West End of downtown Chapel Hill in a renovated building from the 1930’s. This 200 seat restaurant features a Private Dining Room for up to 50 people, Patio Dining beside Franklin Street in nice weather and a comfortable large bar with HD TV’s for game day viewing. Our Pittsboro brewpub is located at 120 Lowes Drive in Bellmont Station at the intersection of 15-501 and Highway 64. Free brewery tours are offered in Pittsboro every Saturday beginning at 5pm.

Had a Santa's Secret the other night and it is truly a tasty Holiday ale. Great nutmeg flavor and smooth finish. Flagship IPA is one of my favorites as well. Used to be my standby at Edward's Mill Bar & Grill before we moved.
