The artsy shops and restaurants of downtown Raleigh's Person Street Plaza hosted a party Sunday afternoon in honor of "all persons." From noon until 5 p.m., the plaza was filled with local vendors and treats, kiddie pools, artists, music and food. Lumina Clothing, Edge of Urge, Good Times Assurance Co., Wine Authorities and Lonerider Brewery opened their doors to humans and dogs of all ages to showcase their distinct, local products.
