During the 2015 Wide Open Bluegrass Festival the rains seem to damper all activities outside, but subsiding briefly on Oct. 3, crowds enjoyed the street foods and food trucks that had previously not seen a draw from the crowds.( JOHN WEST/WRAL contributor)
