New life coming to Glenwood Avenue with expansion of alfresco dining options

I’ve always said that if I were to open a restaurant in Raleigh the one thing it must have is outdoor seating. It’s no secret why Mellow Mushroom on the corner Glenwood Avenue and Peace Street is one of the highest grossing stores in the Mushroom family.

Thanks to a very wise decision by the folks over at Blue Ridge Reality, Glenwood Avenue will be expanding its alfresco dining options with its now-under construction Glenwood Center Project at 310 Glenwood Avenue.

Expect enjoying your meals from Zely & Ritz, Sushi Blues and Thaiphoon Bistro under the open sky in about 90 days. Who knows, Bottega Hair Salon may even set up a few exterior stations.
