When we paid a visit to Elements in Chapel Hill recently, we couldn't help but notice this sign.
Tobacco Road Sports Cafe, which already has locations in Raleigh and Durham, will be opening a Chapel Hill location this fall in the same shopping area as Elements.
Now, if you read Out and About routinely, you know we are fans of Tobacco Road, especially their mac and cheese.
