The Hibernian in Cary and Dorry's Downtown Deli are facing off in a month-long battle to find out has the best Reuben in town, and you get to be the judge!

Voters must try a Reuben at both places before voting. Just get the on-duty manager to sign your ballot. Once you have both signatures on the ballot, cast your ballot at either restaurant. The contest ends July 31 with the winner announced Aug. 1 at a yet to be determined location.

A percentage of Reuben sales will be donated to St. Baldrick's.

A Reuben is typically a corned beef sandwich on rye bread, with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian or Thousand Island dressing.

The Hibernian says its Reuben is the restaurant's No. 2 best-seller. They offer a turkey alternative known as "The Rachel."

Dorry's offers you the chance to substitute turkey in place of corned beef on its Deluxe Reuben.

May the best Reuben win!
