When we ranked the best mac and cheese in the Triangle, we hadn't tried out Weathervane in Chapel Hill yet.
I can assure you, they will be making the list when we revisit the topic next month!
We grabbed this photo last week of Weathervane's mac and cheese lunch entree ($10.) This yummy dish is made with cave-aged Gruyère, Hoop and Parmigiano Reggiano and served with mixed greens. The perfect blend of creamy cheese, and the salad made us feel less guilty about enjoying it!
Weathervane is attached to Southern Season, which means we also spent some time browsing the shop after lunch!
