Tickets for these shows go on sale this morning! 

The Durham Performing Arts Center has tickets for two September shows going on sale today. 

Tickets for Dennis Miller's show on Sept. 8 go on sale at 10 a.m., and at noon you can get tickets for neoclassical duo Dead Can Dance on Sept. 1.

The Embers at North Hills - April 12 2012

Tickets for the Beer and Bourbon Festival planned Aug. 3-4 at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre go on sale at noon. Ticket prices are $42.50 for general admission/lawn and $59.50 for reserved and table seats. Lawn tickets will increase to $47 on the day of the show.

Also on sale at noon, tickets for Koka Booth's annual Shakespeare production. This year, it will be "Romeo and Juliet" with a twist - it is set during the American Civil War. Shows are Oct. 4-6 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 for general admission/lawn and $30 for table seats. Children 12 and under are admitted free on the lawn. Groups of 10 or more people can get lawn tickets for $10 each.

You can get tickets for these shows through the amphitheatre box office, which is open Tuesday through Friday noon to 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. You can also get tickets through eTix.com.
