"The X Factor" has already visited Greensboro once, but they are coming back this summer!
The show, complete with judges Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, will visiting the Greensboro Coliseum on July 8-9 to film their auditions in front of a live audience.
"X Factor" producers and other members of the team were in Greensboro in April to hold initial auditions. The singers who survived that round will be taking the stage for the judges in July.
But that isn't what you are worried about. You want to know how you can get tickets.
You can sign up for tickets here
Tickets are free, but you will still need to wait in line for a spot and if you aren't dressed nice enough you aren't getting in at all!
Here's the audience dress code: No T-shirts, sweatshirts/hoodies, white tops, shorts, or clothing with logos. They also would like for you not to wear jeans, unless you are wearing a nice top. Basically, they want the audience to look "hip and upscale as if going to a nice club or restaurant." They are also encouraging people to wear "colorful, spring colors."
Another thing to note: No large bags can be brought in. Small purses are OK, but cell phones need to be left at home.
I was surprised to see the "dress code" considering Britney Spears' questionable outfits over the years and Simon's penchant for only black V-neck shirts....
