Hello!
My name’s Caitlin, and I’m a North Carolina State University student interning at WRAL.com. This summer, I’ll be studying abroad in Europe, and you can read all about my experiences here – food, cultural differences and funny stories. And more food.
I’ll be spending time in Italy, France and Belgium (which means pasta, crepes and waffles galore), so be sure to check back often to see where I am!
I got the travel bug after taking a 10-day trip to London and Paris during my senior year of high school. Ever since then I’ve been collecting guide books, hanging maps on my walls and planning where to go next.
Last summer, I studied abroad at Oxford University in England, and I also made a side trip to Edinburgh (very rainy). I spent my spring break in London this year, while my peers were at the beach, and stayed as pale as ever.
