We are always keeping our eyes open for cheap lunches and we were pleasantly surprised to find a several options under $5 at Seaboard Cafe in Raleigh.
The small bites menu even has several items under $4

- Grilled cheese on whole wheat and chips - $3.50
- 1/2 chicken or tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat with chips - $3.75
- A scoop of chicken or tuna salad - $3.95
- A scoop of the featured chicken salad - $4.25
