If you are headed to opening night of "American Idiot," come hungry because there is a food truck rodeo planned outside.

It all goes down from 5-7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Lichtin Plaza, directly in front of the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts.

Here is a list of participants:

Bagett About It - Baguettes filled with sausages
Chick-N-Que - Eastern NC-style barbecue sandwiches, chicken, and chili
Chirba Chirba - Stuffed Chinese-style dumplings
Klausie's Pizza - Pizza and cheesy bread
KoKYu - International barbecue
LoYo on the Go - Frozen yogurt
Only Burger - The name says it all - Burgers, fries, onion rings

The food truck rodeo is sponsored by Broadway Series South and the North Carolina Theatre.

They are also offering a great ticket deal for Tuesday and Wednesday night's shows. Get $10 off orchestra or mezzanine seats with the password ROCK. You can get tickets, which start at $17, at the North Carolina Theatre Box Office at 919-831-6941, extension 6944, or through Ticketmaster. Tickets can also be purchased from the box office one hour before the show starts.
