When walking into Furbish Studio, 312 W. Johnson St. in Raleigh, you are hit with sensory overload. There is so much to look at. Bright colors, funky accessories, even clothes. It is almost too much.

This boutique, which specializes in higher-end home decor, is the brain-child of local interior designer Jamie Meares. It is also a perfect place to find something unique for someone unique in your life. I especially liked the snake ring I saw, which was pretty reasonably priced.

So, check out this slideshow of what Furbish has to offer:

Ring was about $14. most of the jewelry cost around that much. The furniture was a little more pricey. The chairs I saw ran about $600-$1000.

What kind of prices are we talking about here? Any examples?

Although the selection is eclectic and fun...I wouldn't exactly call the items I saw in the slide show high end home furnishings...
