Go sledding at Raleigh's Winterfest

Posted December 15, 2011

The AT&T Raleigh Winterfest is known for its ice rink in City Plaza, but fans of sledding will have reason to cheer on Sunday.

A winter wonderland with sledding ramps will open from noon-4 p.m.

Admission to the sledding area will be free for anyone wearing their ice rink admission wristband. It costs $8 for admission and skate rental at the ice rink for adults and children.

Happy sledding!

Great! You can also check out http://tobogganhills.com/ for a map of local hills, and add the above hill for others to locate and enjoy as well. :)
