Mat Kearney coming to Lincoln Theatre in January

Tickets went on sale this morning for Mat Kearney ( "Nothing Left to Lose", "Undeniable", "Breathe In, Breathe Out", "Closer to Love") at Lincoln Theatre on Jan. 19.

Tickets are $20 in advance online, plus ticket fees, if you choose any ticketing method other than "print at home".

Kearney has made several prior stops in the Triangle including a 2009 G105 Listener Lounge event and most recently back in September for the release of his latest album, Young Love, at Cat's Cradle in Carborro. His music gets solid airplay on Top 40 radio, has been featured on Grey's Anatomy, and is a unique mix of contemporary pop with verses of hip-hop mixed in.

Here's a look at his latest single on YouTube to get a taste of what you can expect at this January concert. From what I hear, his shows often sell out. Lincoln Theatre is a sizable venue, but if you've got your heart set on seeing Mat live like I do, then buying your tickets soon is probably a best bet.
