White Street Brewing Co. coming to Wake County
White Street Brewing Co. is set to open as Wake Forest's first brewery in Spring 2012.

It's never been easier to shop local.
At least when it comes to beer.
White Street Brewing Co. is scheduled to open in the spring of 2012 in historic downtown Wake Forest at 218 S. White Street.
The brewery will offer four different small batch ales and lagers as well as specialty seasonal options.
From Dino and Tina Radosta, owners:
We’ll start with a base of four beers that will appeal to the senses. By sight, these beers will range in color from light to dark. The taste assortment will include hoppy IPA, malty milder amber, brown ale and a dark stout. Craft beer is exactly that--crafted. It allows brewers to experiment with beer flavors that delight all the senses.
Our special offerings will include barrel-aged beers that produce a smooth malty “alt” (the German word for old). Our stouts will have hints of oak and bourbon. We know people’s tastes change with the seasons, and so will our beers. From a warmer weather wit to a spicy pumpkin ale, there will always be a new, unique flavor to experience.
