Craft beer lovers unite: Bottle Revolution opens September 23rd

Posted September 8, 2011

If last week's opening of Tasty Beverage Co. was any indication, the craft beer revolution is officially underway.

On September 23rd Ted Gross will open his doors at Bottle Revolution, a specialty beer shop offering over 750 craft beers.

Nestled between Buffalo Brothers and Which Wich Sandwiches on Lake Boone Trail, Bottle Revolution boasts an enormous patio ideal for large events and will provide beer club memberships for those seeking the gems that are next to impossible to find.

My favorite part? Ted has ordered a palate of "to-go" coolers just in case you can't swing by the house before the tailgate.  That's right...you get out of work, call or tweet your order in and pick up a cooler of your favorite craft beer already on ice.  Thank you, Ted.

It's great people that make establishments successful.  Sure, Ted has some of the best beer around, but his hospitality and unbridled enthusiasm for craft beer are what are going to make Bottle Revolution stand out above the rest.

Then again, that could be the 12% beer we shared talking.

Stay tuned to Out & About for opening details. (including which local breweries will be in attendance dishing out samples!)

That's music to my little green ears, Ted! Can't wait to pick up a nice variety of cans and compost those cups after partaking. :-)

@ncsulilwolf - we'll have an entire cooler dedicated to cans :) ... and cups made from corn that are 100% compostable.

Hope they'll have some plastic cups or varieties in cans for those to-go cases... no one likes glass at a tailgate. #riskmanagement

Otherwise, looking forward to checking this place out soon!
