The wait is over! Beasley's Chicken + Honey to open this week

— Chef Ashley Christensen has a lot to celebrate lately.  

After battling Bobby Flay in an awe-inspiring appearance on Iron Chef last month, the first of her three new downtown concepts will open it's doors to the public this week.  

Last Friday night marked the soft opening for Raleigh's hometown hero and her latest concept Beasley's Chicken + Honey.  

While I was not one of the lucky ones on the inside, my go-to foodie Hank was able to sample the menu and provide some tantalizing evidence. (WARNING: DO NOT STARE AT THE SLIDESHOW IF HUNGRY)  

Congratulations to Chef Ashley and her entire staff.  It's people like her and concepts like Beasley's that are making Raleigh a destination for foodies everywhere.

Be sure to stop in this week and celebrate downtown's latest addition on the corner of Wilmington and Martin streets.

Oh yeah, if you happen to stop in on Thursday it would be awfully kind of you to wish her a happy birthday.

    What an incomplete article. What are the hours? Open for lunch?
