8:05 p.m. Simon lays the smackdown on her dreams.

8:08 p.m. If she doesn’t stop that annoying laugh, I think I am going to break the TV.
8:13 p.m. Dean-Anthony Bradford – he killed a sofa for his coat.
8:14 p.m. Owww my ears!
8:15 p.m. Simon tells him that his hair color and outfit are as bad as his singing.
8:16 p.m. He is now blaming his coat for not making it through.
8:18 p.m. Jesus (sorry, I missed his last name) brings in his children to meet the judges. He performs a nice version of "Unchained Melody" and is through to Hollywood.
8:20 p.m. They are teasing their “heartwarming story” of the night. Looks like a guy who cares for his mother and gave up on his dream of singing.
8:33 p.m. Kara and Simon fight over who gets to talk more.
8:34 p.m. OK this girl has pages of vocal training information and is studying before her audition.
8:35 p.m. Maybe she should have studied the judges – she just called Randy, Simon.
8:36 p.m. Poor girl's voice cracks! OMG
8:38 p.m. Kara gives her a hug and off she goes.
8:39 p.m. Kara calls Simon on why he yells at some people and others he lets continue to talk or sing.
8:45 p.m. Quick clips of people who made it…guess they weren’t “interesting enough” for a closer look.
8:47 p.m. Adam Lambert sings “Bohemian Rhapsody.” It is pretty obvious he will get through, not only did they talk about him a lot but he has been in the cast of “Wicked.”
8:49 p.m. Simon says he is too theatrical but votes him through to Hollywood.
8:50 p.m. Adam admits to going to a Paula Abdul concert. I feel his shame, I had several of her CDs and a book cover.
8:57 p.m. Kai Kalama takes care of his mother full-time. He has a nice voice and the judges like him. He’s moving on to the next round.
8:59 p.m. Twelve people from San Francisco got the ticket to Hollywood.
