5. Ellen DeGeneres and girlfriend Portia de Rossi are getting hitched in California this weekend, according to TMZ. They are taking advantage of a California's Supreme Court ruling that legalized gay marriage.
4. Rapper DMX, aka Earl Simmons, was arrested again. He was picked up this time in Miami after missing a court date in Arizona several days ago. For a look at his many mug shots click here.
