Clay Aiken in People magazine

First glimpse of Aiken baby?

A photo posted Tuesday on People magazine’s Web site shows Raleigh native Clay Aiken holding what is believed to be his new baby.

WRAL News broke the story last week that Aiken's longtime friend Jaymes Foster had given birth to the newest addition to the Aiken family - Parker Foster Aiken.

The People photo caption said Aiken was taking the baby out of a hospital in Durham.

TMZ has posted a video of Aiken leaving the hospital with what they refer to as the "Claby.”

this is only news here in the triangle.

Urg another celeb baby picture fest. Good Grief, the media makes it seem like it's a magic trick to have a baby. Big deal. A 12 year old can make and have a baby.

Really I am so sick of hearing about celeb babies. Who cares? They are just kids. I'm super sick of how much WRAL continues to cover Clay Aiken. He is WAY past his 15 minutes of fame. As for the person who said something about his child being on American Idol...we can only hope that show is long gone by the time he is old enough to consider it.

Congratulations to Clay. I wish him the best.

Happy for Clay and his family. I'm a big Clay fan, always were and always will be. Congrats to him on his new little one. Can't wait to see baby pictures. Not societies "norm" of what a family might be but it's America and we have the right to make our own choices about our lives and some may agree and some may not agree with Clay's choices of "how" to become a dad/family man. Parker Aiken's here and I'm sure he'll be loved by everyone in the family and in the long run that's all that matters. LOVE. Everything doesn't have to be textbook. Diversity is good. If everything's the same then you only get variations of the same ole' thing. Shake things up a bit, leave it to Clay to do just that. Good for you Clay. I love to hear something good in the news for a change. A baby is a blessing, and a healthy one at that. Hope Parker is just as talented a singer as his dad. Watch out American Idol...here comes Parker Aiken in a few years. :-) Can't wait!!!

I didn't know he had got married ;)

The kid can't be his

I am so happy for Clay and his new baby. Welcome little Parker, you'll be loved. Congrats to the whole family, and Jaymes this was your best production ever.

how could this be possible?

We have pictures. Think Verne Troyer in tiny diapers. Moe hair will help. But then all babies are cute.
